Registration fees to the Conference include:

  • Welcome Reception (Sunday June 28, 2020)
  • 3 lunches (From Monday June 29 to Wednesday July 1, 2020)
  • 5 coffee breaks
  • Conference Proceedings and other documents
  • Access to scientific sessions (including the Workshop on Tuesday)
  • Free tour to the City Council

Registration fee to the Workshop includes:

  • The One-day pest control workshop Registration fee only includes the access to the Worskhop on Tuesday

The accompanying person registration fee includes:

  • Welcome Reception (Sunday June 28, 2020)
  • 3 lunches (From Monday June 29 to Wednesday July 1, 2020)
  • 5 coffee breaks
  • Free tour to the City Council

REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations. Registration must be completed by filling the Online Registration form (one form per person).

The registration fee that will be charged will reflect the fee rates set for the date the registration is processed and paid in full (see table above). 

If student registration is selected please provide proof of your student status; otherwise you will be requested to pay the full registration fee.

Payment in full of the registration fees is required to gain access to the conference.  A confirmation voucher and invoice for the total amount paid will be sent straight after the payment is received.
Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any changes or enquiries.

All payments must be made in Euros using one of the following payment methods:
  • Credit Card on-line secure payment
  • Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically via e-mail. Please note that any bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option will only be available until June 04, 2020.
Any pending payments can be settled at the registration desk.. In cases where a bank transfer payment or another method has not been received by the registration desk, you will be asked to provide proof of payment such as an advice bank slip. Otherwise, you will be requested to pay the pending amount.

Grupo Pacifico (GP) is not responsible for loss, injury or damage to any person or property.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received before March 26, 2020 will be fully refunded, less 50 € for administrative costs.

Cancellations received between March 26, 2020 and April 28, 2020 will be reimbursed 50% of the registration fee only.

No refund will be made for cancellations received after April 28, 2020 or for any registered participants who fail to attend the conference.

No refunds will be made due to the cancellation of a particular session or talk or to program changes.
* Expenses claims, if applicable, will be processed right after the Conference
